2.4 Capacity to Contract

Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process

You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.
3.2 One Account Per Player

The opening of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeet88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available at no cost to all registered players from account settings. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified jeet88 of a security breach.
3.4 KYC Verification
jeet88 is required to verify the identity and age of all registered players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before higher deposit tiers are unlocked. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport. 3.5 Accurate Information Obligation

If the Account remains inactive following notification, a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the Account balance to cover account maintenance costs. 4.7 Anti-Money Laundering
jeet88 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions on the Platform. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
A Bet is considered placed and binding once you have confirmed it through the jeet88 Platform and received a confirmed bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation except where jeet88 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for the specific market. 5.4 Event Cancellations and Voids

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your jeet88 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Self-Exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. General Provisions
9.1 Amendments to These Terms

9.4 Force Majeure

9.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.6 Entire Agreement
